First, we have to say that we were a little skeptical of Kevin's pool water filtering system. In the past, we've always just drained and refilled our pool. But, in today's climate, we really wanted to conserve the water rather than just draining and refilling, so we decided give Kevin a try. Was it worth it? Absolutely! We were actually shocked at how clean and sparkling the pool water was when he was finished. Not only did the water look amazing, the chemical balance was perfect! Kevin Williams is First-Class, a Professional, Polite and Knowledgeable individual with whom it was my pleasure to do business. He proactively communicated before, during and after services were completed, and our pool water has never looked better; absolutely crystal clear – in a word, pristine. Although some may consider this process a bit more expensive than a typical drain-and-refill, in my view, the bitterness of poor quality (i.e. the hardness of LHC tap water) remains long after the sweetness of cheap price is forgotten. We were very pleased with the results of this process. You know how in the real estate ads they describe the pool as a sparkling pool? Well, after the Swim Solutions process, ours was a "sparkling" pool. And water loss was minimal compared with the normal method of draining the pool down and then refilling.
